Our Philosophy

From Farm to Fork - all our animals are born and reared on our Northumberland farm to ensure full traceability, and a local abattoir is used for minimum stress. Finally, all meat is hung to enhance flavour and tenderness.

With an increase in demand for food that is ethically produced and of the highest standard we saw an opportunity that would allow us to sell direct to the consumer, cutting out the middle man.
